Which plan you pick comes down to the needs of your business. The Growth plan fits almost any early stage startup. The Pro plan is better for those companies who require more design force to do their work and want to chat via their messenger of choice.
Hiring a mid-level designer will cost you around $100,000 annually. You may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. Firing a full-time employee is also not that easy. With us you pay 2-3 times less and there's always a possibility to pause or cancel.

If the request is too big to be delivered in two business days (i.e. many-page website design or full mobile app), don't worry. We will make sure you receive a significant amount of work done. In this case, we will break down the big task into smaller pieces so you may receive multiple deliveries until the request is complete. Our general rule of thumb for a typical request delivery stays the same: two business days.
There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. You can cancel at any time and return at any time. We are flexible and understand you may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.
Yes. For now, we don't do 3D modelling and extensive print design like packaging, magazines, or books. But we plan to bring these specialists on board in the future if there's a demand.
We limit the amount of active clients we take on to make sure that the quality never suffers. As of now, we take 3 clients max.
